🌙Overnight Report 

Little bit more agitated, got most of the fentanyl off, but hoping to keep off today, helps with breathing drive, on Precedex now

Trying to keep comfortable, added some other meds: (prn agitation), oxycodone (pain, withdrawal symptoms if fentanyl)

CT scans done (awaiting results)

Day 101- November 28: Dad Moved into His Heavenly Home Today

It is with saddened hearts that we share with you that Chas/Dad passed away this afternoon. It was all very sudden and Amy, Heather and Scotty were all present and responded very quickly. They were encouraged by EMS that they took all the right steps but believe that he had a stroke (the coroner confirmed that it was actually a massive pulmonary embolism) and were not able to revive him. We continue to trust in God, knowing that no matter our circumstances He is a good and faithful Father even in the hard and difficult things we face. Even today we have been reminded by all the blessings and miracles we've witnessed along this journey and continue to be touched by the ways that God used Chas to reach many lives. Dad had just reached out to several people this morning and shared with our family:   "We know at least one we can share... accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior as they were at my bedside during my first stay in hospital!  I was so stoked.. we prayed for them for years!...

Charles "Chas" Lyttle, 56 Rodman, NY - Charles "Chas" Edmond Lyttle, 56, moved into his heavenly home on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. With his family nearby, he was quickly ushered into the glorious presence of his Heavenly Father after a massive pulmonary embolism. Charles is survived by his wife of 33 years, Amy K. Day 11: August 30 - Happy Birthday Dad and Overnight Report 👍👍

❤️🎉🎉Happy birthday, Dad!! 🌙Overnight Report Made some vent changes: yesterday 40-80% around noon, back down to 60% (could go back down to 40%) Setting overall much more comfortable with. 🎉🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻Lighter setting overall, better supports spontaneous breaths  🙌🏻🙌🏻R arm Doppler Completed, no large DVT or anything, likely related to clavical fracture & injury there Chest x ray and labs, urine Similar to other days, antibiotic started yesterday ceftraxone (broad spectrum), cultures still pending, WBC normal, need to follow up on results of X-ray and some labs with day shift/doctors  Fevers 1 minor, controlled otherwise Overall improving, way more aware, more commands more frequently (nod and blink of understanding when charge nurse explained accident), 🎉🎉🎉❤️thumbs up on both sides 👍👍🎉🎉🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻, wiggling toes, able to relax much more easily 🙏🏻❤️Prayer Requests: Keep doing what You're doing, God!!!
