Good night overall

Breathing better without excess fluid

Blood pressure under control

Vital signs look good

Breathing trials happen when respiratory team goes around (could be anytime during the day) - it doesn't seem like they did this yesterday because they were working to figure out the fluid situation

Still on fentanyl, will start to wean off if he keeps doing well with breathing
